STAGE No. 2
PLANNING AND STYLISTIC SOLUTION
  1. Space organization plan (functional zones, rooms);
  2. Furniture layout plan;
  3. Plumbing fixture placement plan;
  4. Decorative lighting arrangement plan;
  5. Selection of stylistic solutions in the form of references (interior examples), selection of color schemes for the interiors, initial black-and-white perspective sketches of the main rooms;
  6. Collages / mood boards / sketches / other forms of presentation of the Design project.
STAGE No. 3
SELECTION OF FURNITURE, LIGHTING, PLUMBING, AND DECORATIVE FINISHING MATERIALS
  1. Photos (or sketches) of main furniture items;
  2. Photos (or sketches) of decorative lighting fixtures;
  3. Photos (or sketches) of plumbing fixture placements;
  4. Examples of decorative finishing materials in the form of samples / links / catalogs from supplier showrooms.
STAGE No. 4
WORKING DOCUMENTATION
  1. Construction block: Plan for dismantling existing partitions (if confirmed by a specialized expert invited by the Client regarding the possibility of dismantling).
  2. Construction block: Plan for erecting partitions; list of openings with sizes and references; plan for sound insulation and waterproofing installation.
  3. Engineering block: Schematics for the placement of engineering systems: heating, water supply, sewage, electricity, ventilation and air conditioning, ceiling arrangement plan.
  4. Electrical block: Lighting equipment layout plan, electrical control schematic; ties of lighting equipment to switches; underfloor heating layout plan; consolidated plan for the placement of switches and sockets with ties.
  5. Plumbing block: Plumbing equipment placement plan.
  6. Decorative materials block: Schematic drawing for wall preparation for finish; flooring layout plan; plan (scheme) for the layout of stone items; plan for the placement of gypsum moldings with ties; schematic for the placement of floor baseboards; schematic for the placement of ceiling cornices.
  7. Carpentry block: layout plan for carpentry products, combined with the furniture plan; sketch drawings of carpentry product facades with dimensions and references; - Kitchen equipment placement plan.
  8. Wall elevations of the main rooms.

  1. List for performing decorative finishing works (drapery, artistic painting, carpentry, or other works performed by specialists if necessary);
  2. List of finishing materials tied to the premises (floor, wall, ceiling decorative coverings, baseboards, ceiling cornices);

  4. List of lighting equipment (decorative and technical light);
