Vishnevyi sad, apartment
Project currently under construction
Area 236 square metres
A home for a young family, conceived as an oasis of calm — without severing its ties to the city, which remains visible through the floor-to-ceiling glazing but no longer sets the pace within.

The project takes its cue from 1970s Italy — not a literal quotation, but one sensed in proportion and material. Fine veneers, lacquered surfaces and matte nickel sit alongside the texture of natural stone and textile: a pairing of gloss and matte, of luxury and restraint, that holds the interior in balance between warmth and rigour.
The space is organised along clean, almost graphic lines. The rounded forms of the furniture — the table, chairs, low cabinets — offer the only gesture of softness amid the strict geometry of walls and openings.
Silence as the defining element of decor.
